Carter's is making a grave mistake in the way it is handling this. About the insurance refusal--I am saddened but not surprised. Should Carter's admit legal liability for Ava's medical bills, they will open themselves up to some serious lawsuits. I think they will be getting sued pretty soon anyway since they refuse to recall the onesies. Anyway, I feel confident that something is going to happen in the next few weeks.
